How AI Council works

Meet AI Council: seven AI members answer independently and review each other anonymously. Claude weighs their answers and reviews to write one ruling.

Why use an AI council?

Long sessions can make models lose the thread. Context bloats, stale assumptions travel forward, and a polished answer can turn uncertainty into confidence. Independent answers and anonymous peer review help surface disagreements before one final ruling.

Who is on the council?

Seven members answer independently: Codex 5.6 Sol, Gemini 3.1 Pro, Grok 4.6, Kimi, DeepSeek, Qwen, Mistral. Claude Fable 5 chairs the council, weighing the answers and reviews to write the ruling.

How it works

  1. Ask the council

Bring a serious question, plan, migration, refactor, or decision to the council.

  2. Members answer independently

Each council member works from the same question without seeing or anchoring on the others' answers.

  3. Anonymous peer review

The members review anonymized responses, rank the strongest reasoning, and surface disagreements.

  4. The chairman rules

One synthesis reconciles the votes. For coding agents, the ruling flags "must address" items — points your agent is required to act on, not just read.
