Never email passwords, full card numbers, private keys, connector keys, or other production secrets.

Before you write

The FAQs cover daily Free limits, guest allowances, connector setup, cancellation, and the models on the council. Visit the FAQs for answers about sessions, models, subscriptions, and connectors. If you are reporting an error, include the page or tool where it appeared and the approximate time so support can identify the right session.

Billing and security

For billing help, include the approximate charge date and a Stripe invoice or receipt ID if available. For a possible security issue, put Security in the subject and share enough detail to reproduce it without accessing anyone else's data. Do not send private keys or credentials in a support email. A clear description of the issue is enough to begin investigating it.
